When Chef Vince began catering in 1990 his pledge was to serve only the highest quality food at fair prices. That pledge continues today, as well as offering a broader range of services. His catering expertise ranges from quaint dinner parties, weddings, and corporate affairs to serving a President aboard Air Force One. He is the "go to" Chef for Hollywood's famous and near famous while filming in Chicago and enumerable companies, schools, and organizations to a crowd of thousands at Willow Creek and Solider's Field. His expertise in catering has made Chef Vince the sought after premier caterer in Chicagoland.
